9th February will always be historic as we introduced the first ever NMD Table Tennis Twizzle - a parish wise Table Tennis Exhibition event featuring parish wise teams playing Table Tennis in a singles, doubles and singles format with a team of minimum 2 and maximum 3 players. Players from St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church, Airoli Sacred Heart Church, Vashi St. Francis Xavier Church, Panvel

Every match started with a single's game featuring 1 player per team which was followed by a double's game featuring the same player with player 2 or 2 new players from the same team. A 3rd single's match was played in a situation where the scored would be tied at 1-1 after the first single's and the only double's game & the winner of this match would decide the overall winner.

Final : 2-0 Win vs Vashi
Team Airoli were the overall winners for the day but they had to fight really hard to become the champions for the day. Although this was not a competitive event, every single player gave their 100% during every single point making this an event for the ages.
Overall, another great day and event for the parishioners of STCJ Airoli who continue their fine run at Deanery events & a great day for all Table Tennis Enthusiasts from our parish as it is always a good feeling to see your parish win.
